How To Get A Job In Google Without Any Qualifications

Google is the mightiest companies to get a job in. For most programmers its a dream to get a job in Google, but due to the high competition in education and qualification and there grilling interview process very less people are able to get a spot in the monstrous company. There are many programmers out there who are in par or even better in knowledge and practical work than the employees at Google but aren't able to qualify for the job mostly because of being moderate in education and qualifications, however Google doesn't lets such great minds to go in vain with there secret recruitment process.

If you are a programmer and search for programming queries on Google you might end up getting a job in Google. That's exactly what happened with Max Rosset, as he explains in an interview with TheHustle.co, how he got a job in Google while working as a data scientist at Apartmentlist.com. According to Rosset he was working on a difficult coding problem, solving which he searched for “python lambda function list comprehension.” on Google and suddenly something unusual happened The search results split and folded back to reveal a box that said “You’re speaking our language. Up for a challenge?”

When he clicked it he landed on a page with url-
http://www.google.com/foobar/


The page at the foobar was based on a UNIX interface and stated “Type request to request a challenge. Type help for a list of commands.” as Rosset requested for a challenge he was given a set of programming challenges which required basic algorithm knowledge and he with the option to code either in python or java. There was a time limit of 48 hours for each problem and there were six level of programming difficulties.

After solving the sixth problem the foobar page asked Rosset for his contact information after which within a few weeks he was contacted by a Google employee and in the interview where he solved the six problems on a white board at Google headquarters he landed up a job at Google.

 Rosset who holds a degree in masters from Georgia Tech online program, applied for a job at Google three months ago but his application was rejected. According to Rosset Foobar recruitment is an amazing process through which exact analysis of a persons knowledge is made keeping qualifications aside.
