One Plus Might End Up Acquiring The Entire Company-

One Plus One co-founder  and CEO Liu Zuohu, recently went on a business trip to Taipei in Taiwan where the headquarters of HTC ( High Tech Computers) are located. According to Chinese sources, HTC where planning to sell its biggest factory asset situated at Shanghai and might have end up making a deal with One Plus. According to the source if One Plus ends up acquiring the factory at Shanghai, their is a high probability that One plus throws an offer to HTC for acquiring the whole firm.

HTC have denied past rumors of being acquired by Asus, the company has been struggling a great loss in market share mostly due to the lack of the Htc One M9 sales. The Htc One M9 had heating issue like most of the Smartphones with the Snapdragon 810 soc chipset, as the A72 cores of the 810 have suffered through power management, underclocking and throttling issue.
Looking to bright side a Chinese Internet security company, Qihoo 360 have invested in HTC, but this hasn't helped the company much through the market struggle. I'm personally a big fan of HTC and their Smartphones, they make high quality products with simplistic software. I have used the HTC one M7 in the past and I'm a current M8 user and the phone being my daily device, I have to say that they give you absolute premium feel in comparison to other Android Smartphones. New companies in the Chinese market like the One Plus and Xiaomi have stolen the market from other companies mostly due to it price/performance, bang for bucks smartphones and there business strategies. This is the sector where HTC mostly lacks in the business and advertisement sector, they surely make premium products but lack in marketing strategies.  Be sure to comment about what you feel about the future of the company is there going to be a downfall like the giant Nokia or it is going to recover.
