Need For Speed 2015 Pc Version Delayed Will Have Unlocked Frame Rate And Better Visuals

Ghost Games recently announced the beta sign up for Need For Speed 2015, the Ps4 and Xbox One platforms were mentioned but there was no Microsoft Windows mentioned in the beta sign up. In response to which Ghost Game said that in order to meet the expectation of the Pc version of the game they are delaying it to the Spring of 2016.

As a Pc gamer it can be both a good and bad news for you, as Ghost games said that they would provide a good pc port and better visuals thus waiting might end up delivering a good made up game in our hands.

Unlocked Frame Rates And Better Visual-


In an conference Ghost Games also mentioned that they would provide Unlocked Frame Rates for the game with its launch, which is according to the Pc community is the best way to play the game.

"Part of the conversation includes hearing from our PC community that an unlocked frame rate in Need for Speed is a massive priority for you, and we fully agree. To deliver this, we’ve made the decision to move the PC release date to Spring 2016. Our PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release dates will remain the same, starting November 3, 2015 in North America and November 5 worldwide."

Ghost Games also admitted to the fact that they are working on a better visualistic version of the game for pc, so that they can make use of the hardware which they weren't able to do on the consoles version of the game and take the game to the highest possible level of realism.

"This decision on PC gives us the necessary development time to increase the visuals that we can deliver on PC. We will also include content updates that will have been released on console up to that time, making them available to all PC players from day one."
