This hasn't been a good year for HTC, as the M9 didn't perform well in the market mostly due to the underclocking and throttling issue of the Snapdragon 810 Soc. HTC also launched a mid end device the Desire 728 G at IFA 2015 in Germany, the device failed to impress us . However seems like the upcoming flagship device from HTC the HTC One A9 gives us great hope as it broke all benchmark records with its MediaTek MT6797 chipset commonly known as the Helio X20.
