Universal movie studios recently found there own local where servers hosting and seeding pirated copies of Jurassic World and requested Google to remove links to it. According to reports Universal Pictures France have been seeding the copy of movies from its own server.
Movie Studios and other companies have automated software's which find unlicensed file of there content on the internet, in this case Universal Studios filed a take down notice on there own hosting server under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), demanding search engines to take down links to the illegal pirate content.
The DMCA was filled against “http://127.0.0.1:4001/#/fr/" against there own local server in France which when came out to the public was of great amuse as there own local servers where seeding the pirated content. The company also suspected there own workers for the felony.
It isn't the first time that Universal has been in the news for filling such complains, months before the movie studio also filled a complain to google to remove Fast and Furious 7 link from Internet Movie Database, however it contained no infringement links.
