Need For Speed 2015 a Reboot of the famous series is back this Autumn due on PC and the Next Gen consoles PS4 and Xbox One.
In an interview with the Executive Producer of the Game Marcus Nilsson said that this games brink backs the legacy and roots of the old NFS Underground and Most wanted series which helped building up our fan following on a whole new level .
According to him the team focused on a reboot rather than continuing the old series because even a specific series wasn't designed by the same company and the series have been bouncing between different franchises which had lead to its downfall thus a reboot was necessary .
He said that the game is based on Nocturnal Open world set from Dawn to Dusk not like any other previous version and it comes in with a lot of urban car customization regimes .
According to him the team planned not to release the game on Old Gen consoles PS3 and the Xbox 360 to give the developers more Focus . And to create the game to the maximum creative depth possible with no hardware limiting factors.
He said that a reboot would surely help us in taking the game to higher level because continuing an old series may have lead us to reciprocate some old ideas and facts which aren't good both for the fans and developers . However according to him a reboot is like a White board where we can fill all our creative ideas and narrative story line to give the fans and user the best thing possible.
