The makers of Project Cars, Slightly Mad Studios have just confirmed that Project Cars wont be coming out for Wii U, the reason being stated that Wii U isn't capable of handling it. Slightly Mad Studios first said that they had been working on a Wii U version of the game.
Nintendo Nx Platform May Get it-
According to an executive at Slightly Mad Studios, Ian Bell, The head of Slightly Mad Studios, was never truly committed at the idea of releasing the title for Wii U due to its low hardware specs and the controversial release now would be a "no" that "ever ".
However they said that they are waiting for hardware upgrade of the Wii U and the Nintendo Nx Platform may get it. The official Line was "We’re awaiting an announcement from Nintendo on new hardware. As of now Project Cars is simply too much for the Wii U."
